Return Policy

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact

  • Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@nfsystems.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Return Label: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • Return Address: Please send the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team with your Return Authorization Number.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
